1. Delivery Timeline & Coverage
We dispatch orders to all serviceable postal codes across India using reputed express courier partners (BlueDart, DTDC, and Delhivery). Standard delivery times are 3 to 6 business days from dispatch date depending on your location.
2. Protective Artisan Packaging
Every wooden walking stick is wrapped in heavy bubble cushioning, secured within a reinforced cylindrical or heavy corrugated postal box, and sealed to protect fine brass and wood finishes against transit impact.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our workshop, our concierge team immediately sends your airway bill (AWB) tracking number and direct live tracking link directly on your WhatsApp chat.
4. Damage in Transit & Replacements
If your walking stick arrives with damage or defect caused during transit, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or full refund.
5. Custom-Cut Pieces
Sticks that have been customized to non-standard custom lengths upon your explicit request are tailored specifically for your ergonomics. Please verify your height measurements carefully before confirming your order.
